A ServiceNow Developer designs develops and implements customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform to automate and optimize business processes

Job Description

Design develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform Customize ServiceNow applications to meet organizational requirements Write and maintain code to enhance platform functionality Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business needs Ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with best practices Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs Participate in testing deployment and documentation of ServiceNow solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation using ServiceNow Develop custom applications workflows and modules within the ServiceNow environment Write serverside and clientside scripts including Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies and Script Includes Integrate thirdparty systems and APIs with ServiceNow Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance Maintain and update existing ServiceNow configurations and customizations Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications Document development processes configurations and customizations for future reference"
