Compensation and Benefits
- W-2 Rate - up to $100/hour
- 3-month REMOTE contract

Skills
- Extensive design and development experience with ServiceNOW IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and/or Event Management (7+ years)
- Proficiency in shell, Perl, Python, or Java scripting (7+ years)
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience in creating custom applications and automations in ServiceNOW
- Understanding of data governance and integrity principles
Responsibilities
- Design and develop large custom applications and automations in ServiceNOW
- Create the vision and define the roadmap for custom workflow automations and system/data integrations across DIT
- Manage the lifecycle of custom automation “apps” and integrations
- Lead projects to gather requirements, evaluate options, and implement solutions
- Promote effective governance of data models, coding, processes, and applications
Qualifications
- Proven experience in ServiceNOW architecture and development
- Strong background in automation solutions and data integration
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Education Requirements Credential Category
- Degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in ServiceNOW development and architecture
- Experience with systems integration and automation development
