ServiceNow Business Analyst – Order Management / Data Migration (Freelance – 100 Remote)

You will join an international technology team driving digital innovation in the travel-tech sector. Your main mission will be to support Order Management processes in ServiceNow, acting as the functional reference for data quality, migration, and process optimization.

The project includes:

• Supporting large-scale data migration projects (ETL) from external systems to ServiceNow
• Defining and validating functional mappings and migration strategies
• Ensuring data quality and consistency in key OM objects (accounts, products, CIs, contacts, contracts)
• Collaborating with an international team to implement functional requirements and best practices

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Order Management projects
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow OM data model and processes
• Experience with large-scale data migration (ETL) and data quality validation
• Working with internationally distributed teams (India/Vietnam)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
