ServiceNow Business Analyst – Order Management / Data Migration (Freelance – 100 Remote)

You will join an international technology team driving digital innovation in the travel-tech sector.

Your main mission will be to support Order Management processes in ServiceNow, acting as the functional reference for data quality, migration, and process optimization.

The team is distributed across Europe, India, and Vietnam, and you will work closely with SMEs, architects, and offshore developers.

The project includes supporting large-scale data migration projects (ETL) from external systems to ServiceNow, defining and validating functional mappings and migration strategies, ensuring data quality and consistency in key OM objects, collaborating with an international team to implement functional requirements and best practices.
