Senior ServiceNow ITAM Operations Consultant

You'll work closely with global consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality data, aligned processes, and consistent service delivery.

• Manage day-to-day tasks related to client engagements, including configuration, data validation, and system updates.
• Participate in regular calls and collaboration with internal global teams and client contacts
• Support project tracking, task status updates, including highlighting project risks and escalation. Thorough documentation of all work performed.

4+ years of experience in ServiceNow, IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), or IT Service Management (ITSM).

Exposure to ServiceNow SAMPro modules such as Contracts, Entitlements, Software Models, and Normalization.
