About this project:
You will join an international tech team driving digital innovation in the travel-tech sector.
Your main task will be to support Order Management processes in ServiceNow. This includes data quality, migration, and process optimization.
The project involves large-scale data migration (ETL) from external systems to ServiceNow, defining functional mappings and strategies, and ensuring data consistency in key OM objects.
This is an opportunity to work on critical business processes and make a significant impact as part of our global ServiceNow project.
The collaboration is with an international and multidisciplinary team. You will participate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments and have the chance to propose improvements and best practices.
We look for individuals with proven experience as Business Analysts in Order Management projects, strong understanding of ServiceNow OM data model and processes, and experience with data quality validation.
