You will join an international technology team driving digital innovation in the travel-tech sector.
Your main mission will be to design, implement, and optimize Order Management, Service Catalog, and Portals on ServiceNow, working in a multicultural and distributed team across Europe, India, and Vietnam.
The project includes:
Development of advanced Order Management and Service Catalog functionalities
Design and optimization of portals with complex user experience
Mentoring junior developers and sharing technical best practices
The selected candidate will collaborate with architects, product owners, and offshore developers, contributing directly to the quality and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.
You will build, deliver, and maintain advanced ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
Analyze requirements and propose efficient, standardized solutions.
Develop and optimize ServiceNow portals with advanced customization.
Mentor junior/mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
Ensure high-quality code and integrations.
Suggest continuous improvements to optimize development processes.
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow developer with:
- 5+ years in ServiceNow development, specifically in Order Management and Service Catalog
- Experience developing advanced portals and custom interfaces
- Working in internationally distributed teams
Must-have skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow OM and Service Catalog
- Portal development with advanced customization
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience as Tech Lead or technical reference
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and architecture
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
