ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with expertise in Service Graph Connector integrations and broader CMDB capabilities. The role requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities:

1. Configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring accurate CI data, class structures, and relationships.

2. Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Service Graph Connectors (SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Tanium, Azure, AWS, etc.).

3. Work with ITOM Discovery and other data sources to ensure full infrastructure visibility.

4. Implement and optimize Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules, configure and manage Data Certification processes, build and maintain CMDB Health Dashboards, and recommend improvements to governance, normalization, and reconciliation logic.

5. Conduct workshops with stakeholders for CMDB design, governance, and data quality strategy, ensure solutions align with industry best practices and customer objectives, provide go-live support and post-implementation enhancements.

6. Create and maintain documentation for integrations, reconciliation rules, and data certification, identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and best practice adoption.
