ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with strong expertise in Service Graph Connector integrations and CMDB management. The role requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities:

1. CMDB & Integration Ownership: Configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB, deploy and manage Service Graph Connectors, and work with ITOM Discovery to ensure full infrastructure visibility.

2. CMDB Data Quality & Governance: Implement IRE rules, configure Data Certification processes, build CMDB Health Dashboards, and recommend improvements to governance logic.

3. Client Engagement & Delivery: Conduct workshops for CMDB design, ensure solutions align with industry best practices, and provide go-live support.

4. Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Create documentation for integrations and reconciliation rules, identify opportunities for automation, and adopt best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years' ServiceNow experience.

• Strong expertise in Service Graph Connectors (SCCM, Intune mandatory) and CMDB Core Capabilities (IRE, Data Certification, Health Dashboard, Data Quality governance).

• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide).

• ServiceNow CSA (mandatory), CIS in CMDB/ITOM/Discovery (preferred).
