As a senior consultant, you will deliver high-quality ITAM & SAM services for enterprise clients using ServiceNow platform. This role offers hands-on experience in configuring SAM data, supporting entitlement and contract management processes, and enabling successful platform operations.
You'll work closely with global consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure aligned processes and consistent service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day tasks related to client engagements, participating in regular calls and collaboration with internal global teams and client contacts, and supporting project tracking, task status updates, including highlighting project risks and escalation. Thorough documentation of all work performed.
As a senior consultant, you will also configure and maintain modules such as Contracts, Entitlements, Software Models, Discovery Maps, Normalization, and Reconciliation. Perform entitlement-to-contract linking and assist in setting up license metrics including custom conditions such as Client Access Licenses (CALs).
Support the creation and delivery of dashboard reports and platform health checks, assist in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), configuration guides, and client reference documentation, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice alignment within the team.
Requirements include 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow, IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), or IT Service Management (ITSM), exposure to ServiceNow SAMPro modules, ability to lead a complex workstream and proactively deliver to an outstanding level to meet client expectations, and strong attention to detail.
