ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Key role: ServiceNow CMDB implementation, integration, and management specialist. Requires strong expertise in Service Graph Connector integrations (SCCM, Intune mandatory) and broader CMDB capabilities. Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain accurate CI data, class structures, and relationships in ServiceNow CMDB.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Service Graph Connectors for SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Tanium, Azure, AWS, etc.
• Ensure full infrastructure visibility through ITOM Discovery and other data sources.
• Implement and optimize IRE rules, configure Data Certification processes, and build CMDB Health Dashboards.
• Recommend improvements to governance, normalization, and reconciliation logic.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders for CMDB design, governance, and data quality strategy.
• Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and customer objectives.
• Provide go-live support and post-implementation enhancements.
• Document integrations, reconciliation rules, and data certification for knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and best practice adoption. Requirements
