This project involves working on Order Management processes in ServiceNow, acting as the functional reference for data quality, migration, and process optimization.
The team is distributed across Europe, India, and Vietnam, and you will work closely with SMEs, architects, and offshore developers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting large-scale data migration projects (ETL) from external systems to ServiceNow
- Defining and validating functional mappings and migration strategies
- Ensuring data quality and consistency in key OM objects (accounts, products, CIs, contacts, contracts)
- Collaborating with an international team to implement functional requirements and best practices
We require:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Order Management projects
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow OM data model and processes
- Experience with large-scale data migration (ETL) and data quality validation
Desirable skills include advanced knowledge of ServiceNow OM data model, data governance and data quality management experience, knowledge of integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, and experience advising on best practices for ServiceNow OM data usage.
