Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our ServiceNow Practice.

As a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in defining, delivering, and supporting ServiceNow solutions for medium to large-scale assignments. You'll lead strategic engagements, craft tailored proposals, and embed ServiceNow into broader customer transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute ServiceNow solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
• Drive ServiceNow campaigns integrating them into wider customer strategies.
• Engage with senior collaborators to understand challenges and provide advice on ServiceNow transformation.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, governance models, and enablement plans for successful ServiceNow adoption.
• Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle including subcontractor coordination.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
• Mentor junior team members fostering a collaborative environment.
• Proactively identify and manage risks ensuring appropriate reporting and mitigation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Solutions Architect or Solution Leader with ServiceNow certifications.
• Proven leadership consulting capabilities in large projects.
• Ability to build maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills focusing on business process improvement.
• Excellent communication presentation sales enablement abilities.
• Self-motivated goal-oriented comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Open Source software.
• Exceptional time management multitasking skills under pressure.

Employment Details:

• Full-time Permanent position.
• Anywhere in the UK with travel required.
• Security Clearance Level: Either hold or be eligible.
• Salary up to £75,000.
