We are seeking an experienced Principal ServiceNow Architect to lead the development of our ServiceNow platform and guide the Platform Support Team in implementing technical best practices.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing governance and technical guidance for enterprise service management platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and roadmap.

Key responsibilities include mentoring and developing senior architect and developers, guiding the implementation of technical good practices, policies, and procedures, and influencing key technical decisions aligned to ServiceNow best practices.

• Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of ServiceNow platform.
• Excellent knowledge of integrating with internal and external applications and systems.
• Ability to influence and consult at all levels around key technical decisions aligned to ServiceNow best practices.
• Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect and System Administrator (CTA/CSA) with deep understanding of ITIL processes and best practice approaches.
