ServiceNow ITSM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM specialist to join our client's team.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing ServiceNow and ITSM capabilities from scratch.
• Key responsibilities include designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, as well as managing complex global IT projects.
• The successful candidate will be highly experienced in working with ServiceNow products and have a strong background in solution design and configuration.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior IT professional to work on a greenfield implementation of ServiceNow and contribute to the development of the company's IT service management capabilities.

Benefits:

• A competitive daily rate between £750 - £850.
• A hybrid working policy allowing 3 days in the office per week.

Requirements:

• Greenfield experience of ServiceNow implementation.
• ITSM/ITOM/CMBD/Discovery experience.
• Extensive experience working in complex global organisations.
• Solution design and configuration skills.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products.
