IT Service Management Strategist

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Senior to join our team.

• This role involves developing and implementing IT service management strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to contribute recommendations for implementation consideration.
• They will work independently or collaboratively with remote teams and clients, designing and developing queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Configuration of ServiceNow modules and forms, as well as administration of ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations, will also be key responsibilities.
• The successful candidate will develop scoped applications and service portals, providing subject matter expertise support. Required Qualifications and Skills

A bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience in IT is required. A minimum of 8 years of IT experience and 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience in various roles are essential.

• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System is mandatory.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, REST, and SOAP services is necessary.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and certification as a System Administrator are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
