ServiceNow Workflow Designer

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow workflow designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing efficient, cost-effective solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role requires collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop scalable workflows, applications, and automations that meet legal team requirements.

• Develop comprehensive engineering solutions for workflow identification, optimization, and implementation strategy.
• Leverage exceptional programming skills to create highly efficient workflow processes.
• Work closely with practice group leaders, attorneys, business managers, and clients to ensure maximum productivity of legal personnel through effective use of Workflow Design solutions.
• Analyze workflows to discover inefficiencies and implement quality control processes and improvements.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams to visualize system capabilities and assist in writing specifications.
• Evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members, management, and firm clients.
• Maintain user confidence and project operations by keeping information confidential and keeping stakeholders informed.
