We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Consultant to lead optimization efforts for our organization's configuration management database (CMDB). As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance and best practices to leadership and technical teams.

• Act as the CMDB SME, providing expertise in design, implementation, and maturation of ServiceNow CMDB.
• Lead the development and execution of a CMDB maturity roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and enforce CMDB governance frameworks, reconciliation processes, and data quality standards.
• Define and maintain CI classes, attributes, and relationships for consistency and scalability.
• Drive integrations across ITSM/ITOM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, etc.) and with external systems.
• Conduct CMDB health checks, audits, and maturity assessments with actionable recommendations. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 7+ years of ITSM/ITOM experience, with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery expertise.
• Proven success designing, implementing, and maturing ServiceNow CMDB in large enterprise environments.
• Expertise with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, particularly Configuration Management.
• Skilled in CI data modeling, reconciliation, and integrations across ITSM/ITOM modules.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both executives and technical teams. About Us
