IT Solutions Developer - ServiceNow Focus

We're looking for an experienced IT solutions developer with a focus on ServiceNow to join our team. As a key member of our US Coast Guard program, you'll work remotely and collaborate with colleagues across the country.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, with expertise in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions.

• Develop custom ServiceNow applications and portals.
• Configure and administer ServiceNow systems, including security and workflow settings.
• Provide expert-level support to ensure seamless service delivery.

To succeed, you'll need a bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience (or commensurate experience) and at least 8 years of overall IT experience.

Essential Qualifications:

• Detailed understanding of ServiceNow technology.
• Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and others.
• Experience with REST and SOAP services, as well as ITIL principles.

A Public Trust or Secret clearance is mandatory for this position.
