Job Description
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for formulating specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform in line with business needs and enterprise objectives.
You will provide technical leadership in planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.
Additionally, you will evaluate the performance of the ServiceNow platform, isolate and debug software problems, and make recommendations for problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transforming business needs into tangible items within ServiceNow
- Creating detailed documentation for workflows and services implemented within ServiceNow
- Providing technical guidance and support to ensure seamless platform operation
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in IT service management and a proven track record of managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of experience managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems in complex, matrixed organizations
- At least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or eight years equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification are preferred
