This is a key opportunity for an experienced technical lead to join our team and shape the future of our HRSD platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain specially designed HR systems and policies
  • Collaborate with functional teams, business units, vendors and partners on project delivery
  • Lead technical aspects of project delivery, including L3/L4 production support and enhancements
  • Mentor development teams and contribute to roadmaps

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full cycle implementation experience in ServiceNow, primarily on HRSD
  • Hands-on experience in configuration and development in portal, workflows, UI actions, integrations
  • Knowledge of key integrations with multiple HR technology platforms like Workday
  • Expertise in Agile development/SDLC methodologies, Test Automation and release management
