This is a key opportunity for an experienced technical lead to join our team and shape the future of our HRSD platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain specially designed HR systems and policies
- Collaborate with functional teams, business units, vendors and partners on project delivery
- Lead technical aspects of project delivery, including L3/L4 production support and enhancements
- Mentor development teams and contribute to roadmaps
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Full cycle implementation experience in ServiceNow, primarily on HRSD
- Hands-on experience in configuration and development in portal, workflows, UI actions, integrations
- Knowledge of key integrations with multiple HR technology platforms like Workday
- Expertise in Agile development/SDLC methodologies, Test Automation and release management
