About the Role

We're looking for an AI Tutor in ServiceNow who can help us improve GenAI models. These models are advancing quickly, and we want to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills.

Your typical tasks may include:

• Reviewing pre-generated intents and transforming them into logical sequences of agent steps
• Defining test case dialogue flows, user requests, intermediate steps, agents, and final responses
• Creating Golden Paths, the optimal sequence of tools the agent should invoke
• Writing user agent instructions to ensure consistent and correct automated behavior

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant area
• You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Your level of English is advanced (C1 or above)
• You're familiar with setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation
• You can manage groups, roles, and permissions
• You can configure multiple departments or business units within a single ServiceNow instance (multi-brand / multi-department setup)
• You're able to learn new methods, switch between tasks and topics quickly, and work with challenging, complex guidelines
• The role is fully remote, so you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge
