• Design and deploy end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow best practices.

• Maintain and manage CMDB, ensuring accurate data modeling and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Develop documentation including technical specifications, workflows, and test cases.
• Stay current on ServiceNow updates, features, and certifications.
