ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking an accomplished architect with extensive experience in ServiceNow, capable of designing scalable and flexible solutions that integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow's interconnectedness with industry solutions and the ability to develop comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards.

• A minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture, focusing on ServiceNow, with extensive experience in two or more ServiceNow modules (LSD, WSD, ITAM/ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred; ServiceNow CAD and CIS certifications required, while CTA or CMA certifications strongly recommended.
• Experience supporting business solutions hosted on ServiceNow from a developer or administrator perspective, including upgrades, integrations, and operational support.
• Proven familiarity with ServiceNow and other commonly used technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and design scalable, flexible solutions within the ServiceNow framework.
• Develop and implement proofs of concept for new solutions, incorporating leading technologies and best practices.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS, APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools.
