• 5+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, JavaScript
• Bachelor's Degree
• ServiceNow certifications (CAD, Implementation Specialist)
• Bachelors degree in IT/CS or related field
• Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, Agile, AI/ML automation
