IT Service Management Application Specialist

We are searching for a skilled ServiceNow developer/administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ServiceNow applications to support our IT service management strategy.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with remote teams and clients to design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards. Your expertise in ServiceNow application administration, including security and workflow configurations, is also crucial.

Strong technical skills, including experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST and SOAP services, are necessary for this role. Additionally, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with colleagues.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and ITIL Foundation Certified or equivalent. We welcome applicants with relevant experience and certifications in IT service management.
