As a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer expert, you will play a crucial role in transforming government IT operations. Your primary responsibility will be to drive efficiency and effectiveness in IT service management strategy, planning, and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ITSM strategies to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Contribute recommendations for implementation across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
  • Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
  • Configure and administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise-based support to teams and clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, including 6+ years as a ServiceNow developer.
  • Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System and its capabilities.
  • Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • ITIL understanding or certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude.
  • Certified System Administrator.
