As a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer expert, you will play a crucial role in transforming government IT operations. Your primary responsibility will be to drive efficiency and effectiveness in IT service management strategy, planning, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ITSM strategies to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Contribute recommendations for implementation across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
- Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
- Configure and administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
- Provide subject matter expertise-based support to teams and clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, including 6+ years as a ServiceNow developer.
- Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System and its capabilities.
- Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- ITIL understanding or certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude.
- Certified System Administrator.
