ServiceNow Expert

Job Overview:

This role will support our US Coast Guard program as a remote position.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an IT service management strategy to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute recommendations for implementation consideration across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to deliver high-quality results.
• Design and develop reports and dashboards using ServiceNow.
• Configure ServiceNow modules and forms to meet business needs.
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
• Develop scoped applications and service portals to improve user experience.
• Provide additional support based on subject matter expertise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
• Understanding of ITIL principles.
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer-centric attitude.
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification.
