IT Service Management Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the US Coast Guard program. About the Role

• Deliver IT service management strategy, planning, and delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Guide implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Work collaboratively with remote teams and clients to deliver high-quality results.
• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Configure and administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
• Develop scoped applications and services portals to meet business requirements.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric attitude. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow system and its capabilities.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, and REST services.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and certification is a plus.
