ServiceNow Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow expert to join our team and provide technical support for our US Coast Guard program. This role will be fully remote, allowing the selected candidate to work independently and collaborate with our teams from anywhere in the world. Key Responsibilities

• To lead the development of an IT service management strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Contribute recommendations for ITSM implementation, covering policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Work collaboratively with teams and clients, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Design, develop, and implement queries, reports, and dashboards within ServiceNow.
• Configure ServiceNow modules and forms to meet the needs of our organization.
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
• Develop scoped applications and a service portal to enhance user experience.
• Provide additional support based on subject matter expertise. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow system and its capabilities.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, REST, SOAP services, and other relevant technologies.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and certification is desired.
• Strong customer-centric attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Certified System Administrator with a focus on ServiceNow. Preferred Qualifications
• BS Computer Science degree preferred.
• ITIL Foundation Certified.
• ServiceNow Developer Certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
