ServiceNow Senior Administrator/Developer

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our US Coast Guard program in a fully remote position.

Job Summary:

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to drive business outcomes and deliver high-quality IT services. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to design and implement effective IT service management strategies, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide IT service management strategy, planning, and service delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness
• Contribute IT service management-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes
• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision making
• Configure and administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations
• Support subject matter experts in providing additional technical assistance as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience
• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, and XML
• Public Trust or Secret clearance required

Prior experience with ITIL and/or ITIL Certified, BS Computer Science preferred, and ServiceNow Developer Certifications are highly valued.
