Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead our ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery initiatives. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
- Collaborate with remote teams and clients to achieve project goals.
- Create customized queries, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
- Design and configure ServiceNow modules and forms to meet evolving business needs.
- Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
- Develop scoped applications and service portals to enhance user experience.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support business objectives. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (12+ years).
- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
- At least 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
- Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow system.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
- Experience with REST and SOAP services.
- Understanding of ITIL principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude.
- Certified System Administrator.
