Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead our ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery initiatives. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
  • Collaborate with remote teams and clients to achieve project goals.
  • Create customized queries, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Design and configure ServiceNow modules and forms to meet evolving business needs.
  • Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
  • Develop scoped applications and service portals to enhance user experience.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support business objectives. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (12+ years).
  • Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
  • At least 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
  • Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow system.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP services.
  • Understanding of ITIL principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude.
  • Certified System Administrator.
