The role of ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Senior involves guiding IT service management strategy, planning, and delivery to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled ServiceNow professional to work on complex IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing ITSM strategies, designing and developing queries, reports, and dashboards in ServiceNow, configuring ServiceNow modules and forms, administering ServiceNow applications, and providing additional support based on subject matter expertise.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience (or commensurate experience) and relevant technical skills such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, and REST, SOAP services.
Preferred qualifications include a BS Computer Science degree, ITIL Foundation Certification, and ServiceNow Developer Certifications.
