Key Role: ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Journeyman
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Journeyman. This is a remote position that requires a bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
- Guides ITSM strategy emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contributes to recommendations for implementation consideration spanning service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
- Works independently and collaboratively with remote teams and clients.
- Designs and develops queries, reports, and dashboards.
- Designs and configures ServiceNow modules and forms.
- Administers ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
- Develops scoped applications and a service portal.
- Provides additional support based on subject matter expertise. Required Skills
At least 8 years of overall IT experience, 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles, thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System, and experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, and REST, SOAP services.
- Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric attitude and ServiceNow Administrator Certification. Desirable Qualifications
BS Computer Science preferred and certifications such as ITIL Foundation Certified, ServiceNow Developer Certifications, and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
