We have an immediate opening for a skilled ServiceNow administrator/developer to join our US Coast Guard program team. This full-time, remote position offers a unique chance to work on high-profile projects and collaborate with experienced professionals. About the Role

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT service management strategies, workflows, and reporting to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.
• Analyze business needs and design tailored solutions using ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integration capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with ITSM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform recommendations for improvement and innovation.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and propose changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives to promote team growth and development.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as required.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12+ years of experience (or commensurate experience).
• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Certified System Administrator certification is highly desirable.
• Able to obtain Public Trust or Secret clearance.
