ServiceNow Application Developer

ServiceNow Developer Position

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team. Responsibilities

• Lead the development of IT service management strategies, plans, and delivery methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Make contributions to IT service management-related implementation considerations, encompassing policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with remote teams and clients.
• Develop and administer queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Create and configure ServiceNow modules and forms.
• Manage ServiceNow applications, including updates to security and workflow configurations.
• Design and develop scoped applications and a service portal.
• Offer additional support based on subject matter expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough understanding of the ServiceNow System.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
• Experience in REST, SOAP services, etc.
• Awareness of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude.
• Certified System Administrator.

Clearance Required: Public Trust or Secret clearance is required.
