System Design and Implementation Specialist - ServiceNow Expert

We are looking for an experienced Technical Design Process Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise service management (ESM) solutions. Your strong technical skills, combined with your knowledge of process design and business analysis, will enable you to drive business success and deliver high-quality solutions.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in workflow automation, system integration, and dashboard/report configuration. You will also have hands-on experience in system configuration validation, performance testing, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you should be able to translate requirements into platform components, workflows, and UI designs, and have excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include configuring, implementing, and testing ESM programs and workflows, building dashboards, reports, and automation to support system lifecycle, and designing and supporting integrations between ServiceNow/ESM platforms and third-party systems. You will also provide technical validation, configuration, and performance monitoring, and troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade solutions for performance, usability, and reliability.
