ServiceNow Expert

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow administrator/developer to support our program. This role will be fully remote. Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage IT service management strategy, planning, and delivery expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Promote IT service management recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Cultivate a collaborative work environment with remote teams and clients
• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions
• Configure ServiceNow modules and forms to meet business needs
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations
• Develop scoped applications and service portals to enhance user experience
• Provide expert support based on subject matter expertise Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (12+ years)
• Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML
• Experience in REST, SOAP services
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification

Clearance Required: Public Trust or Secret clearance is required.
