Remote ServiceNow Developer Job Description As a highly skilled ServiceNow developer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of IT services to our US Coast Guard program. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a team of professionals who are passionate about transforming government IT. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient ITSM strategies and service delivery models that emphasize effectiveness.
• Contribute recommendations for ITSM-related implementation considerations spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Collaborate with remote teams and clients to design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules and forms to meet business requirements.
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support as needed. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow system.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, and XML.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification is a plus. Clearance Required:

Public Trust or Secret clearance is required for this position.
