ServiceNow Developer/Lead Role
Job Summary
This position is for an experienced ServiceNow developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement IT service management strategies and approaches.
- Contribute recommendations for implementation consideration spanning service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
- Collaborate with distributed teams and clients.
- Develop high-quality ServiceNow applications, including custom UIs and integrations.
- Configure and administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
- Develop and maintain complex ServiceNow queries, reports, and dashboards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
- Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
- Experience in REST, SOAP services, etc.
- Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude.
- Certified System Administrator.
Preferred Skills:
- BS Computer Science preferred.
- ITIL Foundation Certified.
- ServiceNow Developer Certifications.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
Clearance Required: Public Trust or Secret clearance is required.
