IT Service Management Strategist

Job Title

A ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will drive the execution of IT service management strategies and initiatives, delivering efficient and effective services to government agencies.

This role requires a minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience and 6+ years as a ServiceNow developer. The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System and expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, and REST, SOAP services.

The successful candidate will contribute to ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery, guiding teams and clients through collaborative efforts. They will design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards, while administering ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
