The ServiceNow platform is a cornerstone of our technology stack. As an Enterprise ServiceNow Specialist, you will be part of a small team responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of our enterprise application in this cutting-edge platform. ">

In this role, you will work closely with our technical lead and architects to manage the deployment and support of the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex issues, providing fixes/solutions for deployment, and ensuring system availability. You will also be reachable 24x7 by rotational pager as part of your directive to ensure system availability. ">

As an Enterprise ServiceNow Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting as first and second-level support for ServiceNow incidents and Service Requests. You will work collaboratively with the technical lead and architects to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that meet business needs. ">

Occasionally, you may be required to work overtime or participate in on-call rotations to ensure the smooth operation of the ServiceNow platform.
