ServiceNow Solution Strategist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Strategist to join our team. As a senior technical leader, you will play a critical role in shaping winning strategies and designing innovative solutions that meet the complex needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, leveraging your deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform to understand customer challenges and design scalable solutions.
• Partner with services sales executives and domain specialists to develop comprehensive proposals that align with customer enterprise architecture and drive successful business outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow advancements and industry trends, providing expert guidance on platform capabilities and best practices.
• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing on architectural and technical topics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting within enterprise software, with a strong track record of designing complex solutions for large clients.
• Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, modules, and workflows; solid understanding of enterprise architecture and integration technologies.
• Proven ability to engage senior technical leaders, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and contribute to solution scoping and SoW creation.
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow products and related areas (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
