As a Service Desk Analyst at Integro Softwares Inc, you will be responsible for handling sensitive data within various systems. This includes verifying the accuracy of steps completed by other team members and managing request queues to monitor aging tickets and provide status updates.
- Data entry and handling onboarding/offboarding procedures
- Managing request queue and monitoring aging tickets and providing status updates and follow-up
- Assisting with backlogged tickets and MS office products
You must have excellent customer service, listening, communication, and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience leading a customer service function in a fast-paced, multi-project and multi-customer IT environment.
