Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on ServiceNow strategic roadmap.
- Lead ServiceNow implementation engagement projects.
- Collaborate to assess and define client Target Operating Model.
- Establish best practices for processes and configurations.
- Develop coaching and feedback skills.
- Ensure timely engagement management.
- Support client pursuits and proposal development.
Requirements
- 3 years in assisting clients with ServiceNow transformation initiatives.
- 4 years in platform strategy and advisory.
- Strong understanding of how ServiceNow supports client objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of market-leading practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
- Experience in client-facing role with strong relationship management skills.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range is $101,000 to $127,000.
