ServiceNow Developer Role Overview

Our global consulting client requires a skilled ServiceNow developer to create custom portals and interfaces. The selected candidate will work in the MST time zone due to client core hours.

• Role: ServiceNow Developer
• Type: Contract

Duration: 12 months, with possible extensions.

Location: Remote, Canada (client based in Calgary, AB) Key Responsibilities:

• Portal Development for clients
• Automation of processes through workflows, business rules, and scheduled jobs using Flow Designer
• Performance Analytics configuration Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in UIBuilder
• Customer Service skills
• HRSD knowledge and experience
• ServiceNow API expertise, including REST, SOAP, and MID server APIs Optional Skills and Qualifications:
• Additional technical skills may be considered for this position
