Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow System Administrator to manage and maintain our organization's platform, ensuring seamless operation and performance.
- Responsibilities include managing user accounts, roles, and access controls, as well as supporting ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Release Management.
- Maintain the health, performance, and integrity of the ServiceNow platform through platform administration, user and role management, and incident, problem, and change management.
- Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs and web services. Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, solid understanding of CMDB.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in JavaScript.
- Familiarity with ITSM/HRSD/SAM/HAM/ITOM/ITAM/SPM modules and multiple ServiceNow core modules.
- Understanding of database concepts, ITIL framework, and security and access control.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations. Benefits
