Expert ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer/Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing applications using in-demand languages and technologies for the ServiceNow Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform Application Portfolio Management (APM) from legacy instance to new ServiceNow Instance by identifying and rationalizing business-critical applications
• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow Configuration Item Data Model (CSDM) architecture according to best practices and industry standards
• Establish relationships between IT infrastructure, services, and business services through thorough documentation
• Develop and enforce data management and governance policies for CSDM to ensure optimal data quality and integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new Configuration Items (CIs) and service relationships
• Provide guidance and training to ServiceNow users on CSDM-related topics to enhance their understanding and adoption of CSDM

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience as a developer/analyst/solution designer with expertise in software development methodologies
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Foundations and its implementation
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform and proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and workflow development
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with APM concepts, including application rationalization and lifecycle management

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with Drive Value with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) 3.0 – CMDB and Service Graph
• Experience working with CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
• Financial industry experience
• Experience working on integrations

Education:

A bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or information technology is required
