IT Project Manager - ServiceNow

Product Owner ServiceNow Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the delivery of our ServiceNow initiatives. This role will be responsible for bridging demand management, release planning, and Agile execution on the ServiceNow platform team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow workflows. They will also have experience in creating status reports and metrics.

This is a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our ServiceNow projects. The Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement across the ServiceNow delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for intake and prioritization of ServiceNow-related demands.
• Serve as a liaison between business units, the Platform team, and external vendors.
• Maintain and manage the demand backlog, ensuring proper stories definition and documentation, in alignment with the Platform Owner for prioritization and strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate demand review meetings and ensure timely decision-making.
• Coordinate day-to-day with external third-party teams and internal business stakeholders, business analysts, to gather, assess, and document requirements. Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Software Engineering or related field with 5-10 years of experience in the industry.
• Minimum of 7 years' proven experience delivering IT solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
