Senior Technical Consultant, Platform

As a Senior Technical Consultant, Platform at ServiceNow, you will drive customer business outcomes by accelerating and driving consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction on the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for consulting with customers, configuring ServiceNow Integrations based on best practices, and architecting systems integrations to deliver transformative integration architectures that support AI solutions.

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms, programs, and applications.
• Responsible for resolving errors, providing support, and developing procedures to navigate complex system overlaps.

Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance Required
• At least 6 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly capable, integration technologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a complex and varied customer environment
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications
• Maintain ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Extensive experience with Integration Technologies and working with SaaS technologies
• Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative AI
